Senior digital media major to perform voice recital at °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ
The community is invited to the voice recital of °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ junior Philip Shippy. The free recital will be held on Saturday, April 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium. A public reception will follow.
The community is invited to the voice recital of °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ junior Philip Shippy. The free recital will be held on Saturday, April 13, at 7:30 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium. A public reception will follow.
The program focuses on German Art Songs and Contemporary English songs, featuring a range of tones such as bright and bouncy, smooth and beautiful, adventurous, or dark and intense. Shippy will be accompanied by °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ junior Abe Hall of Machesney Park, Illinois.
Shippy, of Sioux Center, Iowa, is majoring in Digital Media Production. He has studied voice with Pamela De Haan since 2022 and currently sings in the °¼Í¹ÊÓƵ Concert Choir and 4th Avenue Singers.
