Living and learning in Christian community

The integration of curricular and co-curricular programs is critical to the growth of our students as servant leaders and as disciples for Christ.

Much of the educational value in Dordt’s residential campus experience takes place outside of the classroom—on the athletic field, in the concert hall, on stage, in worship.

Most °¼Í¹ÊÓƵstudents and alumni agree that the intentional Christian residential learning community at °¼Í¹ÊÓƵwas part of what made their college experience exceptional.

This campaign component will renovate and replace aging facilities to meet capacity and community needs of the next generation of °¼Í¹ÊÓƵstudents.

GOAL: $36,000,000

Projects:
  • B.J. Haan Performing Arts Venue Expansion and Remodel
  • Rozenboom Family Athletic Center
  • American State Bank Sports Complex
  • Dining Commons

Increasing Access

This critical campaign component seeks to ensure cost will not have to come between students and the life-changing educational experience °¼Í¹ÊÓƵprovides.

The pressures on private Christian higher education are significant to the point that several institutions have had to close their doors in the past few years. Affordability and accessibility are key considerations for students as they make enrollment decisions.

This component strengthens Dordt’s financial foundation so we can hold firm to our core mission as we operate in a rapidly changing cultural and economic environment.

GOAL: $25,000,000

  • Student Scholarship Support
  • Securing Dordt's Future - Endowment
